Life is sharp,
Somewhat uncomfortable,
A broken reality that,
Cuts deeper than it should...
Understand that,
It's not life that harms,
Just the problems within,
That brings forth the pain
Obviously there's something,
Worth holding on for,

That which harms...
The blade of life,
Clutching it close,
Deep emotional wounds...
They never truly heal...
And though everything,
Is screaming, "Let Go!"
Here is one voice,
That says, "Hold on..."
What is the point?
Of a life not lived...
Things'll get better,
You know it's true.
Don't let go.
It's not worth it,
You've got this far,
Prove you can make it.
You are so much better,
Than those who hurt you.
Don't throw away life,

You don't have to be happy,
Don't dry those tears,
