Facts About Love

But it only sees what is important.
Some people say love will make you cry,
But they will be tears of joy.
Some people say that love will put you down,
But you're so high in the air you don't even know it,
Some people say that love never lasts,
But what is that lingering sensation?
Some people say that you can fall out of love,
But it wouldn't really be love if you did.
Some people say that they mess it up by the little things,
But then they aren't so little, are they?
Most of all, some people say that love will leave you empty handed,
But what about all those times it made you smile? |
