» Poem: worth it
worth it
written by devilchild01

Sometimes I want nothing but words
Sometimes I just can’t seem to get the out of my head
I tried to tell you I’m sorry
I huddled myself in the corner
Waiting for this storm to pass
The wind encased my body
The rain drenched me to the bone
The clouds whispered my name
And the sun stole my soul
You never seemed to understand
I could never be what you wanted
My skin was too pale
My light was too dark
I thought of death, and destruction
I could never make your flowers bloom
I could never light your fire…
No matter how much you pretend
I’m still this bitch of a girl you’ve always had
