Eloquent Mannequin (WARNING:Randomness)
written by MintyFreshGirl05:28 AM 3/24/05O thy woman
of fine gray plastic
how passionately you display
this spring's flirty fasion skirts
now in cotton-candy blue, sky pink, floral coral
and yes....
that's right...
CORDUROY
never, in my sixteen years,
never have I seen
a synthetic polymer womannequin
display such profound virtuosity,
scintillating, sparkling
wooing the shoppers:
they gaze at you and swoon in delight
you are exemplary. the epitome.
The envy of those plus-sized mannequins
the ones who stare, longingly
at your slender, plastic figure
across the aisle
as they shamefully demonstrate
tacky fuscia velour track suits |
