burning tears

its something i cant describe
and when it pushes down on me
i have no where to hide
i cant turn away from it
it has me in its hands
i cant deny it its fun
i must complete its demands
i have no control
all i feel is alone
i have no one to comfort me
i have no house, no home
it all comes down so fast
i cant keep up the pace
the pain, it soon consumes me
to leave me with my fate
to be miserable
for all time
i open my eyes
and they burn with tears
the tears of pain and abuse from over the years
the tears of guilt and deceit and lies
these burning tears still fill my eyes
when i open to my blurry world
i see the horrid life i've unfurled
im a fuck up, a whore, a loser its true
and i feel there is nothing i can do
so i sit in defeat as i cry alone
knowing i cant even pick up the phone
and call a friend to hear their voices
or know for sure which ones were the wrong choices
its coming down so horribly fast
i hope this pressure doesnt last
i cant take much more of this pain
and i cant continue as my vision blurs again |
