Let Me Be Alone Tonight

With the covers pulled up over my head
Not paying attention to all the tears I've shed
I never asked you to make me feel dead
It's like you feed off of my pain
You've hurt me with your words again
They keep playing through my mind
The tears I'm crying are making me blind
And not once do you ever stop and regret
Unless you've had a damn cigarette
It's like how you deal; how you forget
You've become to live off of them; I fret
I'm sorry for all the things that I've done
And all the things I haven't. Okay? You've won
I just can't stand it when we fight
So let me be alone tonight |
