Forever Friends

I can’t help but smile
You remind me of a little kid
On the verge of a discovery
I’ll never forget my feelings for you
My love will always stay
But now,
It’s so much more
I love you like I should
With all my heart and soul
Only, with no strings attached
Forever friends we shall be
Joking around
Knowing the other with always stay
Not having to worry about all that is
And just enjoying life as it suffocates us bit by bit |

I wrote this for my friend, don't really think he'll realize this is for him and I doubt he'll actually read it. The last line is a little harsh when you compare it to the rest of it, but I didn't really know what else to end it with. But hey, "it's what I feel and that's all that matters."
