--Black Eyes--

Black eyes,
What turned your blue eyes black?
All the rivers they cry
Wont turn this clock back,
Your heart is bleeding tears,
Your black eyes crying blood,
Drowning your soul in darkness,
As pain flows like a flood,
Black eyes,
Where did you go wrong?
Once you were alive...
Remember how you shone?
If i could cry an ocean
And wash away your pain,
I would do it in a second
Just to see you shine again,
I would dry your tears forever,
Wake you up from this nightmare,
But when i look into those eyes
I can see that you're not there,
Your black eyes
Haunt me like never before,
I know i cannot save you
And it numbs me to the core,
Black eyes,
What turned your blue eyes black?
Now nothing you can do
Will bring those blue eyes back.
