Let's Get Out Of Here

Of everyone being in your face?
I love you right now, more than ever
Let's get out of here, it's now or never
If we leave, we can leave today
It'll be so great, what do you say?
We could just leave and forget everything
And not worry about what the future will bring
We can just grasp the present and it'll be alright
We can be with each other forever, every night
It doesn't even matter where we are
As long as we bring a suitcase and your guitar
Doesn't matter where we go or what we do
I just want to go away, and with you
Sweep me off my feet, and drive me away
So that I can see some better days
And if we never stop then so be it
I just want to leave behind all this shit
I know I sound nieve and a little bit childish
But if it came right down to it, I could live off your kiss
We can make it so far, just wait a see
I'll have you and you'll have me
Let's fly away and leave this behind
Because it's driving me out of my mind
So let's pack up, and leave today
Let's get out of here, what do you say? |
