» Poem: Kiss of Death
Kiss of Death
written by XpaperdollX
12:10 AM 3/27/05
You promised with your soul I would never be alone,
With one smile and a touch,
I have never asked for much,
But your love saw me through,
And your lies seemed so true,
Now as I wait to die,
You look at me and sigh,
We are not together,
We have parted forever,
I’m all alone,
And my heart has turned to stone,
So as I take one last breath,
Grant me one,
Kiss of death.
