our apartement

in an expensive neighbourhood
Down by the square
sun could shine right through
to our bedroom
waking me up at 10 am
You won't notice my smile
if you're still sleeping
Flowers on the kitchen table
White star, blue bell, mini sun roses too
I know they don't come from there woods
where I grew up
but in my head I'll make up a story
Imagine myself going down to the water
Catching the rays of sun in my hands
You said you wanted it to be
a place where our friends would feel at home
A stress free environment
where they could kick off their shoes
Feel untied
And you were gonna have a big collection of CDs
Did you download them all
or actually buy some of them? |
