The Kids Who Did Drugs

You'll get it from the older kids, the ones that go to your school,
Who'll be smokin' round the corner, and attempting to look cool,
You'll get it from the thugs, who hang out near the creek,
You know the ones i mean, who say they take it every week.
It costs alot but they'll tell you that it's worth it,
You won't become addicted, they'll be no need to quit,
Then at least you can say you tried it, you can say it's done,
But maybe it wouldn't matter, if you had another one?
Surely just another, Just a single pill,
You can tell yourself that, tell yourself until...
Your hooked and theres no way your gonna stop,
You meet with your friends, behind the corner shop,
You'll be popping out the cash,
Whilst your bringing in the trash,
You don't care where you do it, just as long as you get high,
You don't ever stop to wonder, to ever wonder why.
So you want to quit now eh? Or are you still putting it away?
Tell me drugs were fun, when im standing on your grave. |
