Stop at nothing

it bothers me, because i feel someone next to me
someone breathing down my neck
someone wanting to take advantage
but i'm not surprised
someone always takes their victim
why not it be me?
at least i can hold my own...
for a while, before i get sucked down
its not worth the time.
its not worth the trouble.
but what exactly is the "it"?
we are the it! the next generation's
are just its to the older generations
if thats all we are to them,
what goes around comes around
social security? dont count on it kids!
we're greedy son's of bitches and we will take everything
college? on your life! we will take what we already have and say "thats good enough"
sit on our asses for the rest of our lives
and you can forget that we will ever remember important things
like your soccer matches, or your parent-teacher meetings
kids, my tip to you, get what you can and get out fast
dont worry about what happens after that
get what you need and dont care about the rest
because, we all know, you are the best
and to those who do give a rats ass about what happens next
have kids, and pollute the earth with more ignorant assholes |
