getting me for me

You must have found some inter beauty
You accept all the things I do and say
You show me you care in your own way
There are things I just can’t say to “them”
But it seems like to you every word is a gem
There are things about me only you know
Like about how sometimes I just go chill in the snow
I don’t tell my friends because they wouldn’t care
The stuff they care about is boys, make-up and hair
To me, attention is something new
One thing is for sure though, I am glad it’s from you |
