» Poem: Just Ask, ALICE
Just Ask, ALICE
written by whatShouldUsBe
04:42 AM 3/30/05
The blood poured down her chest
and onto the cold tile floor
as she was finally put to rest
now she would hurt no more

but she did not realize
that when she decided to die
and the tears rolled from her daughter’s eyes
that Alice would have one question . . . WHY?

when her mother appeared
she said we all knew she wouldn't last
remembering her daughter's tears
she begged"Alice, honey, just ask!"
