» Poem: Moonlight Lost Love
Moonlight Lost Love
written by xfadingmemoriesx

The last time she saw him,
she hid in the moonlight..
One stray shadow fell upon her face,
Long ago she'd given up on this fight.

I'll cry for you,
goodbye love..
I'll see you later,
When I too am taken above..

Indefinitely her heart was forced to sink,
as she embraced his death with hope.
Someday she would see him again,
and this helped her to cope.

He died a hero, that she knew,
he would be remembered for eternity.
Those around her would empathize,
rather then showing her pity.
