» Poem: My Perfect Ghost
My Perfect Ghost
written by untidy_posession

In the stillness I lay and with my finger traced the bones down his spine,
Studied how each one was connected like a picturesque design,
Listened to his breathing, Saw how the moon illuminated his face,
Watched his overshadowed feautures lost in our imaginary place.
Saw his fading memories behind those dark eyes,
Lay in his arms as he slowly, gradually died.
