Disappointment

Why am I continually blinded left standing shattered asking why?
Everything I believe to be true just collapses and burns
Why everything I feel makes my heart yearn
Am I asleep with my eyes open?
Lying in bed my soul battered and broken
Why can’t I get it right
Find what I need, I’m to tiered to fight
Forever searching, always disappointed
Why do I bother I’ll never find what I wanted. |
