Getting you worried about my mess
And I won't even tell you
What's going on.
Because if I did
Everything I've ever done
Up until now
Would be gone
And it would mean nothing to me.
If you or any other adult knew
I wouldn't be here.
I wouldn't be able to deal with the fact
That someone other than my friends
Knows what's wrong.
So I'm sorry for getting you
