Leading in the dark

I continue to change
To realize who I really am
Realizing who my friends are
And who is there for me
There are some who walk by my side
And others who help lead the way
Yet then there are the people who follow
But I still turn to them
I am blessed in many ways
Thankful to be here
Realizing how good I really do have it
Even when things are horribly wrong
Just to know
That someday things will get better
But for now I just gotta keep searching
For what I'm meant to be
And the people who are meant to stay
And for now i will just help
Lead the way |
