Another Statistic(Revised)

Now this is a story,
a little different from the last.
Only I Remembered,
the rest forgot the past.

Her life was a tragedy,
and more, than just sad to see,
she cant be, what she wants to be,
succumbing to the pressure, now its way to hard to see.

Now this cheerleader, heh,
yea, she was a popular.
She thought she had her friends,
but they had all turned on her.

She knows her death is imminent,
but right now its not too late.
She takes a few sleeping pills,
shes up to twenty-eight.

She knows that soon,
her life will have to end.
But the exact time of death,
she doesnt know when.

She awaits her death in suspense,
as the horror builds within.
Why did she have to take those things,
she shouldve threw them in a trash bin.

Tear drops hit the floor,
and her bodies soon to follow.
She wishes she could feel the pain,
but inside she just feels hollow.

Its already passed her time,
and her body turns cold.
Maybe people will remember her,
if this is how they treat their own.
