» Poem: Life Machine
Life Machine
written by Tessin
07:40 PM 4/2/05
The helpless need thier heroes too.
Will no one stand and see them through?
The hungry poor take second place,
to the Middle Eastern oil race.
A womans life line has been severed,
Her family can only watch in terror
while her husband reaps the funds,
from the evil deeds he's done.
Racial tension in the schools.
A country run by christian rules.
Texas deathcamps in full swing
is nobody listening?
Dads teach hatred to their sons,
add to that hate thier love for guns,
leaving mothers broken hearted,
before thier lives have even started.
Gangster culture spreading pain,
with only more blood shed to gain.
Men that rape and beat roam free,
Fanatics go on killing spree's.
The innocent lock thier doors and hide,
keep thier hidden fears inside.
The helpless need their heroes too,
I think i'ts up to me and you.
