» Poem: Night Rider
Night Rider
written by Tessin
07:44 PM 4/2/05
The rain came and went with my passage, little h2o gaurdians of my evening ride. The gears sung with a buzz and the chrome shone in the streetlights. And as i crossed the bridge the lights on the north side went out, leaving me alone illuminated on the south side. It was as if the river wanted me only to have safe lit passage over its deceivingly calm surface, that in reality has sent many a fool to his doom. And i returned safely indeed to the haunting smell of perfume hanging in the air... like someones last words.
