Insanity overtaken by dementia...

Scratching nonsense words,
Rambling along endless lines.
Soft lead scratching ridiculous ideas,
Turning out imaginary pages.
Thoughtless conjecture,
Storyline leading nowhere.
An illness, it grows in stages.
Insanity overtaken by dementia.
Take the midnight train to somewhere?
Soft lead the only link to reality.
Small hand trembling to hold on.
Forever scratching nonsense words,
Wriitten for an imaginary reader. |
