Falling

Crashing at my feet
How I wish I could rebuild it
But it's too far beyond repair.
I cannot cope with what I've lost
It's just too much to grasp
I thought that I could handle it
That and all the pressure-
Instead, I found it way above my head
So very far out of reach
And now that my world is gone
There's nothing there to hold me up
So, like my world- I am also crashing down
And as I fall I think outloud-
What is my life worth?
What do I have left?
Just a blank, empty, dark space-
That's where I find myself
Nowhere, nobody, nothing... |
