Fatal Attractions

The solace disappears
The happiness fades
But not my tears
You begin to change
We argue more and more
You drift slowly away
My heart is now sore
As life continues
So do we
Im left mad and frustrated
Why can't you see?
All these things that you do
That leave me so angry
You just brush it off
And say you're sorry
I forgive you, but it lingers in my head
Because I know from this point, that Im being mislead
But I stay quiet
Just for a little while
Try to forget what happened
And maybe even smile
The next day comes
We're fighting again
No sorry this time
My heart still in pain
Then I think it over
And say to myself
"I don't need this crap"
Go find someone else
It's been 8 days
Since I last saw you
And I wonder if I'll ever find this love that is so true.. |
