these scars don't mean a thing
i threw away the memories
and all the fears they bring
when i fought back
u saw u'd lost control
of the once vulnerable,
self-hating soul
but now im free
to realise that
i like being me
and if u ever thought u knew me
u'd be able to see
-there's no one else that i cud be |
