My Dearest Baby

And you took away my pain.
Without your loving body to hold,
I would have gone insane.
You were my dearest baby.
You were so soft and small.
I patted your fur all the time,
And you didnt mind at all.
You were my dearest baby,
With seeds stored in your cheeks.
I loved you more than anything,
But you died in just two weeks.
You were my dearest baby,
And I wish you werent dead.
I wish i could still be with you,
To stroke your furry head.
You were my dearest baby,
But now your dead and gone.
I worried so much about you.
You gave me the strength to carry on.
You were my dearest baby.
My Twiggy,you were the best.
My heart shattered into pieces,
When they found your dead in your nest.
You were my dearest baby.
Could i have prevented your death?
Is this somehow my fault?
It hurts with every breath.
You were my dearest baby,
And i miss you so.
Now that you are dead,
Where are you going to go?
You were my dearest baby,
And you took away my fear.
I didnt feel so lonely with you.
I wish you were still here.
You were my dearest baby.
What did i do wrong?
I miss you much and im so sad
That my dearest baby is gone. |
