A Fool I Was...

fell for the tricks of LOVE
I thought u were different
I thought u cared for me
I thought u would always be there for me
I thought u LOVED me
but u just fooled me
u messed with my poor battered heart
u knew I hurt inside
so u left for months on in
not a word I heard from u
So I just hurt even more
cring rivers of tears that led to ur ocean
u returned made me fall for u once again
but a surprise not to me u fooled me once again
u finally let GO
told ur family member to tell me
to tell me our LOVE is gone
ur nothing but a coward
ur nothing but a child
ur nothing but a wuss
now I cry endless tears for that
I don't know why I LOVE u so much
in knowing im a fool for u
I still cry and think of the endless memories we had
the memories of when we were in LOVE
But still I was nothing but a fool |
