Stuck with the pain

The cryptic beings awake in the night
Creatures of all sorts shift through time
Grabbing ahold nothing, for that's all that's mine
Watching the dragon walk around in dark
He enters the tavern and the mindless fiend's spark
The forsaken stones that lay all on the ground
Have lifted above me, they're circling round
Transparent lights will flash before my eyes
Listen real close, you can hear the soft cries
Of the wounded and the hopeless,
The inner child has spoken...
The mirror has cracked in two
And without further adu,
Here he comes with the shiny objects to slash
My very poor soul's light is starting to flash
Chasing me at a vigerous pace
He's screams:
MOVING THROUGH THE DARKNESS YOUR LIGHT'S WHAT I CHASE
I cry so loud but yet I'm still not heard
Emotionally unstable I speak with no word
Seeking for the steps that lead to my hope
I reach out for hands to help me to cope
But bitterness and a deaf defying sound
I hear the screaching noises of the heartless bound
My thoughts are endless nightmares that i receive
My dreams are never ending things that I deceive
When will this painful journey end?
I feel in my head that I haven't a friend
All out to get me they never quit
I guess that I have to live with it. |
