» Poem: I Look Into The Mirror
I Look Into The Mirror
written by devils angel 13

I look into the mirror
As the day passes me by,
There are no reasons,
I cant even ask why.

You dont like the questions,
But they haunt me inside,
They kill my soul,
And they destroy your pride.

It isnt my fault,
What happened that day,
Dont blame it on me,
I didnt want it that way.

But the truth was coming,
God wanted it done,
The truth needed to come out,
And it rose with the sun.

Now youre gone from my life,
Without a trace,
Or a warm embrace,
So stab me with that rusty knife.

I cant ask you nothing,
Youre gone from my sight,
I cant see you again,
So i may die of fright....

I look in the mirror,
My hair all askew,
My eyes bloodshot red,
As I think of you.

*dedicated* the truth needed to come out sooner or later, and I am glad that it came out now before it got worse and worse and there was no turning back...
