away [version 2]

I saw my world fall
through this stained-glass window
and wiped away the fog
that blocked my view.
I noticed you were gone
and felt it reach through me.
the cloud that held me up
vanished beneath me
tumbled upon my sea of pillow
and there you were waiting.
i smiled
and my world built itself around me
as my cloud lifted me up again. |
