For All You've Done, Please Forgive Me.

slut, whore, liar...
Do you know how many nights,
I spent laying awake crying?
Plunging into darkness...
Worrying about you?
Wondering if you'd live through the night?
And now this...
I haven't touched another since you...
I don't know why you choose not to believe me.
Are you mad because you didn't get any?
(You moved too soon...)
Are you spiteful for some reason?
(Fuck if I know...)
Or did you really love me?
(Fat fucking chance...)
The latter doesn't seem possible,
you tortured me so...
Suicide threats and the like...
Now, sitting here mulling it over,
I wonder how you can sleep at night.
Tears of anger, sadness and spite,
stream down my face, against my will.
I miss you still, and love you as well,
I'm not sure how, as you've put me through Hell...
For all that you've done,
please forgive me. |
