Innocent

Waiting for the madness to subdue
Almost like I ask for it
The problem is I do
Sometimes I think I’m crazy
The way I carry on
Hurting people for no reason
It won’t hold up for long
They will come and take me away
Like they promised me long ago
But I can’t speak out to this threat
Not even close friends know
But if they do please help me out
Never forget what I say
I need this proof of innocence
So they can’t get away |
