Eternal Bond

With all the same sweet charms,
With this road that keeps on bending,
And my love for you never ending,
I look at you in a different way,
And I have so much more to say.
You came back to me with a smile on your face,
Red rose pedals falling throughout the place,
With so many tears coming down my eyes,
I reach for the stars in the night sky,
I grab one and bring it down for you,
It made our love feel so new.
You gave me the sweetest kiss,
That was one of the things I really did miss,
We hugged until we were weary and tired,
And our love became an unforgetable fire,
Burning for all the world to see,
Burning for all eternity.
Holding on and never letting go,
For all the world to know. |
