» Poem: Iron Rose Bleeding
Iron Rose Bleeding
written by bloodangel1377

Blood pours from an iron rose as her life fills up with self despise.

She tries so hard to cover it up, to hide her pain, she laughs and she smiles and how she fools them all.

But alone in her room that iron rose melts, breaks down, she grows tired, so weak, slowly.

And every morning, that iron rose puts herself back together, melds her petals back in place, puts a smile on for everyone to see.

she takes each blow as it is given and still she smiles.

Inside that iron rose is getting weaker as that iron rose turns into the soft black rose, like everyone else, she becomes weak and powerless.
