Can't stop the world

from turning in its way
I see it going backwards
I'm now in yesterday
My friends are so lost
And the help from the sky
Isn't working
Why do my angels cry?
I'll be here through the storm
I'll help anchor you down
and when the storms subsided
we'll go leave this town |
