Another Teardrop Stained Page
written by Xperfectionthroughsilence01:13 PM 4/13/05pick the dead roses from the ground
take another look in the mirror you shattered
the scratching sound of the TV set
the backing music to our joint nightmare
you look so beautifal just hanging there
and the knot was so tight
that i was fast enough to save your falling body
hanging from our ceiling, exposed to daylight
you gleaming green eyes like razorblades digging into my heart
i wish i knew what was on your mind
i try to scream, 1000 words that never came out
as i try to wipe the blood from your lifeless face
my tears are falling to the floor like silent goodbye notes
your sweet suicide
i wish i had the chance to talk you out of this mess
i wish i got the chance to tell you
i love you |
