» Poem: Will you Even Let Me Breathe
Will you Even Let Me Breathe
written by Xperfectionthroughsilence

I Grabbed Her Hand
I Pulled Her Away From That Cliff
I Told Her It Wasnt Worth It
I Told Her She Was My Best Friend

She Said to Me "I Just Cant Take It Anymore"
She Gave Me A Letter
She Told Me To Read It When Shes Gone
She Hugged Me And Whispered GoodBye

The Air Was Icy Cold As She Slowly Looked Over The Cliff
My Lips Were Trembling I Was Too Afraid To Look
I Shouted For Her To Come Away
She Shouted For Me To Back Off

And With One Last Exhale
With One Quick Look Away
With One Last Beat Of My Heart
My Best Friend Was Gone.
