» Poem: Therapy
Therapy
written by untidy_posession

I dragged myself to therapy this morning,
I walked across packed roads, huddled cars,
Taking the alcohol stained back lane,
Climbed over the metal bars.
I stared at the ceiling until my turn,
Huddled up in my familar chair,
Escaping all my problems,
And forgetting that they're there,
Because there's things I don't tell them,
They talk for hours upon end,
I'm not listening at all,
It's my time to comprehend,
All the thoughts that are locked away,
Inside my mind which I don't speak about,
So I go to therapy and ignore.
Day in, And day out.
