Never Meant To Love

That I can't take away,
I know there's no sorry this time,
I've let this go for too long,
Time for us to say goodbye,
Time for us to go our seperate ways,
And never meet face to face again.
(Chorus:)
I was never meant to love,
This is where I give up,
Let go of my hand,
And I will sail away,
To a place you can't reach,
And maybe when we meet agian,
Our wounds will heal.
Don't try to stop me this time,
I'm deaf in both ears,
Don't try to block my way,
I won't let you interfere,
Don't you dare wonder why,
Don't you dare start to cry,
I'm gone permanently this time.
(Chorus)
You and me were never meant to be,
Let me go and then you will see,
You'll be happy again once I'm gone,
You'll spread your beautiful wings,
And fly into the gracious sky,
And I'll be long gone I promise.
