I'm Going To Leave You

I'll turn and walk out the door
I can't stay any longer
I can't be with you anymore
When you promised me you'd change
I honestly believed you
You said you'd do anything to keep me
After all we've been through
And you were fine for a little while
I know that you really tried
You didn't lose your temper at me
And it had been awhile since I cried
But then I guess you lost patience
And I found myself crying again
You know I absolutely love you to death
But I'm afraid this is the end
You'll make more promises
You'll beg me to stay
But deep down you know I can't
I have to go away
And maybe once I'm gone
You'll come to realize
That you can't live without me
And you should've apologized
That's just me being concieted
You'll never even miss me
I'm going to leave you today
I'll leave you to your misery |
