Hurt

Then you came.
I was happy.
I was taught to love myself
The way I love myself.
I was happy.
Then you left me.
I was hurt.
I was broken.
I was an angel in denial.
You thought you could get away.
Get away with leaving me.
Leaving me like that
But you’re wrong.
Oh so very wrong.
For tonight is your last night.
Don’t need to worry.
Your last cry will be lost.
Go away slowly go away quietly.
I want to hurt you.
Like you hurt me. |
