Im NoT sUpPoSe To LoVe YoU

someone else listens to you cry,
someone else lends you a shoulder,
someone else to whom you wont lie,
That someone else is not me,
with all my heart i wish it could be,
To love you would be a dream,
without fear on me you could lean,
Why cant you see me the way i see you?
Why cant you love me the way i love you?
is it too impossible for you to comprehend,
that the one who loves you is just a friend?
Why cant i be more?
Why cant i be the one you adore?
is this how it ends?
With us being friends?
I fear friendship will have to do,
because i'm not suppose to love you. |
