Mute

I'd feel so much better
Everyone just leave me alone
For just one day please
I will be so happy
So just shut up and let me be
You all scream and yell
And it makes it so hard to breathe
While this world is leaning on me
So many people
Depending on me
I wish you'd all shut up
And stop asking me
To fight a person
Who did nothing wrong
To fight you
Cause` I have to prove I am strong
Why do you all see me
As some strong little girl
Cause` truly inside-hate-makes me hurl
I feel so insecure
Knowing that I could be killed any second
I want to turn on the world
But mute everyone in it
I want you all
To leave me alone
So I can live my life all on my own
I can't speak
Cause` you all keep bothering me
I am loosing
Cause` I have to live up to these expetations I gave myself
-To fight strong
-To live long
I need to quit
And I can't
Cause` if i do
You'll all have more to say
So I have to show a different side
But if you would all shut up
And open your eyes
You will see all the times I've cried
After that maybe all the lies
Would go and die
Maybe than I would be
Who I really am
Who I really see
I don't want to say goodbye and commit suicide
I don't want to cry in the shadows of my lies
But I can't do do these things without an angel to guide me
So I guess
I'll shut my mouth and lay down to die
I always lay here and cry all day with my hands over my eyes
I'm gonna stand up
And live this life
I won't say goodbye to all these dreams of mine
I'll live faceless in my lonely life
Be my own person not who you wish to see
But am I too lost to start a new life
Am I so far away
From the bloody knives
Put the world on mute for me
So all this fog disappears
So I no longer hide away from my fears
I can't stand your reasons for talk
Pu this world on mute
And listen to what I have to say
Bring me my knife
And I'll do with all of you
My way
So just shut up and refresh your eyes
Listen to me you're not so blind
Look for your soul
So hard to find
Put these people on mute
And bring me back my love
Bring the rain
The only things
That truly heal my pain
