are you ready

for what i must say,
are you ready yet
to hear my dismay ,
are listening
to my every tear
are you breathing my breathe ,
trying to feel
are you closing my cuts
every single one
are you ready to end
the scars i've begun
can you take this job
of loving me
could actually be,
all that i need
could give me your trust
while knowing my past
could you hold still
while i'm moving so fast
could you take my shattered heart
and piece whats left together
since you can do all these things
i will love you forever |
