» Poem: The Road of Men
The Road of Men
written by DarkRage
01:52 PM 4/17/05
Paths that do twist and bend
Which you pick could be your end
Walking to where you go
Only the shadows will know
Choices bound by fate alone
Instance marches on fallen stone
Given chances to lead
Only to watch the dead bleed
The battle cries for you
Always giving your due
The haste of men
Darkness can take you then
Release will be slow
And you may never know
Paths that do twist and bend
Which you pick could be your end
Wrong and right
Each could be your plight
When you take the road of men

Trying to be Tolkien. I'm assuming Trend = Tread. Apart from that it's ok.
