» Poem: Lying to the sun
Lying to the sun
written by The_wisp_of_the_wind
03:45 PM 4/17/05
The sun shines on me
I love it so dearly
It breaks into my skin
Through the timber of my heart
I listen to the sun
Speak slowly upon me
Telling me I am wrapped into you
I sleep for a thousand years
Forgetting my endless tears
All the fears of you dying out
Left my mind
In my infinate sleep
As a wake to the near future
Cars are flying over my casket
How long have I been "dead"
I see the sun smiling at me
Stick my middle finger high
And say "I hate you"
He the sun has let me down
He told me he would never
Let me hit the ground
When in the end he was just a lie
Theres no proof
Just a book
I have no religon
But the only 2 I kno
-Wiccan
and my lord and master
-Foamy
