People yelling,
arguing,
screaming,
Asking for help you can't provide,
tasks needed to be done,
completed,
weighing on your mind,
Turning around and everyones there,
angrey and shouting,
desperate and asking for help,
You cover your ears,
run away,
feet pounding,
eyes closed,
hands muffling the sound,
Voices in your ears,
Faces in your head,
Throbbing in your brain,
you can't block them out,
Opening your eyes,
The nightmares haunting,
no way to escape,
Silver and flashing,
Hold your way up to the light,
see faces in the reflection,
bring the knife down,
hold out your arm,
cold metal,
warm skin,
combine,
clench teeth as the pain comes,
it feels so good,
a deadly release!
Dropping to the floor,
knowing your as good as dead,
then you remember,
what of the people you love?

look down,
the river still flowing,
knife on the floor,
blood on the carpet,
