beaten to tears

When did it all start falling apart?
It makes you insane with hatred
And so week from where my heart bled
My life seams to of sucked up until now
And I still ask myself everyday how?
How can I still have this skin on my wrist?
From the many times I got hit by that fist
I see you walking down that corridor
Just wonting to see you on the floor
Standing on your chest wonting to be free
A little girl beaten to tears, that was me
I’m not a little girl no more
I wont be cowering on that floor
I may not look strong but I am in heart
Not you, or your fist can break me apart
You would made me scared to blink
But then I stopped and started to think
I’m not small pathetic and weak
You use me as a punch bad yet I still stay unique |
